Is the second level where thoughts occur then- as you say it is never off?
To me, saying "I just thought of something" means I have just become aware of something by a process devoid of any initiation on my part. For example, when I can't remember a specific word, I have no choice but to wait until I do, I can't will the word into my mind. Or when one wakes, thoughts are just there, they are not chosen. To suggest "I thought" as in I generated my own thoughts is homunculus territory?
Whitney Webb has written about the origins of Israel in her book " One Nation under Blackmail" - - subtitiled "The sordid union between Intelligence and Organized crime that gave rise to Jeffrey Epstein." Webb describes Israel's murky origins in considerable detail. Those origins are strenuously ignored or labelled as antisemitic if raised today. Many Israelis seem to lack a sense of irony when , as a nuclear power with one of the most powerful military forces in the world, which is prepared to commit genocide, their politicians bang on about Iran. The citizens of Iran don't want war with Israel any more than many Israelis.
If the Epstein files are ever released, the world will have a -what I think of as - an "East India Company Moment " when the scope of the devastation wrought by that enterprise, which had tacit support of parliament, exploded into public view and could no longer be ignored. The British parliament closed the book on the Company, though the Bank of England continued /(s?) to have the final say on whether money laundering was/is still OK or not.
Basically , the East India company decided that they were entitled to get back all the gold that had been sent east through centuries of trade and in the process plunder anything else that would make them rich. Nothing or no one would get in their way. Upending of a vibrant culture and rampant poverty were the aftermath.
Webb describes how US intelligence services started out co opting Mafia bosses to conduct undercover ops in Italy during the second world war. But it didn't stop there. The MO was developed using drug supply networks and arms smuggling to subvert moves towards independence and self determination throughout the world in the interest of corporate greed.
We can only speculate as to the scale of wealth that has been laundered into the US's "legitimate economy". Epstein was part of the current iteration. Webb names names.
Yes, a tour de force, especially by someone so young. The wonder is that they haven't hit back at her. I imagine you're familiar with Smedley Butler's "War is a Racklet," from the 1930s. Nothing has changed.
